Germaine Mbuh
PMHNP-BC
Germaine is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certified (PMHNP-BC)
serving children, adults and the senior population who suffer with depression, bipolar, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, insomnia, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse disorders.
Her services include brief psychotherapy and medication management.
Professionally, she has a history of diverse roles in numerous care settings, from working,
multiple months as a CNA, and LPN, to eventually working as an RN for over five years in the
hospital, home health and skilled nursing setting. Throughout these years of experience, she
faced numerous situations where understanding and recognizing a patient’s mental health was
essential. In these care situations, she developed an indomitable passion for mental health,
ultimately leading her to pursue a master’s degree in nursing to obtain her Psychiatric Mental
Health Nurse Practitioner Degree.
In addition to her practical experience, Germaine has a unique ability to connect with
individuals, a capacity to understand them, and the empathy to meet them where they are. She
is genuine, warm, and exuberant and thrives on seeing others succeed. She is also direct,
honest, and to the point. When working with Germaine, you have a straightforward, confidential
and dedicated ally on your side.
Germaine firmly believes in collaboration when creating an effective individual treatment plan
following evidence-based practice. Germaine also welcomes and encourages feedback,
believing it provides growth for all parties. When not working she loves to travel and spend time
with family. She attends conferences/peer gatherings, and other educational opportunities to
help her grow as a person and a mental health provider. She dedicates herself to helping others
optimize their abilities to function, enjoy and lead a normal life.

Queendroline
PMHNP-BC
Queendroline is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She provides care and treatment to children and adults who suffer with depression, bipolar, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, insomnia, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse disorders. Her services include brief psychotherapy and medication management. Queendroline enjoys building therapeutic relationships with her clients and helping them heal, believing that mental and behavioral wellness can lead to lasting recovery. She is consistently developing strong relationships with her clients and their families through empathetic communication, a respectful attitude and excellent client service. She always believes in commitment to confidentiality of information.
Queendroline is passionate about learning and building her knowledge in the field of psychiatry in order to better serve her community. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends when she is off work. She enjoys traveling and being outside enjoying natures beauty.

Alexine Nansinla
PMHNP-BC
Alexine Nansinla is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and focuses on treating her patients through an integrative and evidence-based approach. She provides care and treatment to children and adults who suffer with depression, bipolar, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, insomnia, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse disorders.
She provides Psychiatric evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy, and works together with her patients to tailor a treatment plan that works best for each unique individual.
Her clinical interests include meeting the patient where he/she/they are to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves, while also creating new behaviors and ways of thinking which help the individual to achieve his or her goals.
She will provide a detailed diagnostic evaluation and collaborative treatment plan for the client to follow.
When not working, she loves getting out, she also enjoys relaxing, spending time with her family. She loves to travel and learn new things in her field to ensure that she is up to date on new treatments, medications and information on psychiatry.
