Grief and Loss

After a loss we experience grief, and often individuals have expectations and assumptions for how we are “supposed to” deal with loss and grief. However, there is no “right” or “wrong” way to experience grief, and our individual experiences can be affected by many factors. The healing process can be a lifelong journey and often can be painful, it can cause us to ask questions about our purpose and meaning and sometimes we feel we may never recover. However, with loss we cannot go back so, our mission is to help those experiencing grief be able to connect with self and personal values, to others; and to obtain a broader sense of meaning.
